Spam Policy
Portland Therapeutic Massage will NEVER send out an email asking for any type of personal information (name, address, email address, username, password, credit card, etc.) If we need to get a hold of a customer due to wrong information or information that is missing, the therapists will call the customer directly. Offers, Coupons, & Gift Certificates
We will be promoting our services from time to time through special offers, coupons, and gift certificates. As per the State of Oregon, Portland Therapeutic Massage abides by the states gift card/gift certificate law (ORS 646A.274 to 646A.278). However, special offers, coupons, and gift certificates will not be able to be used with another special offer, coupon, or gift certificate (unless specifically indicated as such). All offers, coupons, and gift certificates will come with an expiration date (generally 6 months or one year), unless specifically indicated otherwise. All offers and coupons are null in void after the expiration date. Gift cards/gift certificates, will normally carry a one year expiration date, after that date the original use/service is no longer valid however per the State of Oregon the value of the gift card/gift certificate will remain in tact. You will never lose the value of the gift card/gift certificate nor charged a fee for non-use. If, after the expiration date of the gift card/gift certificate, the holder decides to use the gift card/gift certificate then they may apply the full amount to a current service and/or product with the understanding that the value of the gift card/gift certificate may not cover the full cost of the service and/or product.
